RecommendedI had a wonderful experience when visiting Bella’s. I had a very sweet conversation with the owner and was met with genuine care and appreciation. I left with some very cute clothes, shoes, and a purse. I constantly get compliments on all of these items and I definitely plan to be back! I would highly recommend this shop!
I shop here often. The staff is great, their prices are reasonable for a boutique and I can always count on them to have the latest, in-style merch. I’m sorry but anyone having a problem here is either unreasonable or has no business boutique shopping. Not trying to be mean but locally owned shops like this should never be measured by the practices of large, chain retail establishments. Very disappointed. They’ve been my favorite boutique for yrs. Today I drove from Mustang, didn’t have receipt but shirt has the tags on it and I bought it 4 days ago. Of course I have a very limited time for in store credit only. They would even let me do that. I am very torn right now!!!

I'm a little disappointed with Bella's because I asked if some Brighton jewelry could be held for purchase from Tuesday evening until Friday when the next Brighton promotion was available. I was not allowed to do that, so I went ahead and spent $177(?) on the items I wanted. In late April I purchased over $400 of Brighton items there, so I assume I am a good customer. Next time I will wait and purchase Brighton in Norman where I live....
