the prices online does not match in person prices. i went in for a wash and a cut and according to their website it should’ve been $35 together…I paid 50. worst part is that i went in for a cut to get rid of my dead ends and she gave me the tiniest trim and didn’t even cut them off. oh and she tried charging me 70 extra to dry my hair and when i said i didn’t make the appointment for that nor do i want to be charged that, she took a spray bottle and started spraying the places she previously used the blow dryer on.

Incredibly unprofessional and horrible customer service. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance when I arrive the day of my appointment the person I booked with was on vacation I told them i didnt mind getting serviced by someone else. Long story short they had the audacity to tell me GO FIND ANOTHER SALON THERE IS ONE DOWN THE STREET WE CAN'T FULLFILL YOUR APPOINTMENT. They have no respect for customers.

came here once. sat in the shampoo chair with wet hair for 2 hours waiting for a trim. the stylist took 2 walk-in hair extension clients as I waited. After the trim, they explained that because my hair is longer it would be more expensive, which I am used to but I would've preferred them to be transparent about it before the service. They also took photos of my hair that I see on the screen in front of the shop, they barely did anything, my hair looks like that because I take care of it myself, not because of the small trim ... read more
