I got a full set of gel nails on Thursday night. One nail fell off on Friday night about 30hrs after I got them done. I went to get it fixed on Saturday and the lady was very rude about it. She asked me what I had done to make it fall off. I explained to her that I hadn't done anything, I was in bed when it came off. My friend and I visited Bella Rose only a few days ago. We don’t often get our nails done so we didn’t know what to expect. We received BIAB nails (I think that’s what it was) instead of usual acrylics since they claimed to cause less damage on your nails. All in all I can’t fault the service the ladies were lovely and my nails look gorgeous. However within less than 2 days of having them on, they began to come off. The Biab service was not as advertised. Do not get BIAB (builder in a bottle) here if you expect the real product. I confirmed with the technician that she was applying Biab and she assured me this was “the newest technology” and Biab. I have since had to have them reshaped immediately after at another salon. A week later I’ve had them removed. Very disappointed
