This company was hired by the Seller to do home inspecton repairs. As the Purchasers agent, during the final walkthrough, I with the Purchaser inspected what had been repaired. The leaking bathroom faucet handles had been caulked instead of repaired and still leaked. The drain plugs were replaced, however, damage had been done to the sink coating around the drain opening.
