I just moved from Melbourne and this was my first time visiting the Newcomb clinic. I brought my cat Graham in and I couldn’t recommend the clinic highly enough. The receptionists were able to fit me in the same morning I rang, despite being a day before Good Friday. The vet who assessed Graham was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable during her assessment. I swapped to the vet when I moved to Geelong and they've been great over the course of the last 4 years with both my large dogs.
New groomers different service.The day didn’t start well for an 8am appointment,as the lady that does all the jobs ,other than grooming ,asked if we were in a hurry as the groomer shouldn’t be too far away after dropping the kids off at school .After spending over $100 you would hope that the cut was good but probably one of the worst cuts we’ve seen in years.Wont be back , suggest you find a competent groomer somewhere else.
