Paul tries to make extra money off you in cash even when you go through insurance when not at fault. Additional: Sure! please do tell people the full story not a part of it. So the rear bumper of my car was damaged/ scratched by a third party while my car was parked in the parking lot. Asked your guy Paul for a Quote, he quoted me $2500 to repair that scratch, asked him how much would it be if the bumper was to be replaced, he said about the same.
