Very dodgy person I have ever met. Took my mower back in 2020 for service. He quote me to do it for $100 and said he would call me in case of any extra repairs. A week later he called me saying the mower is ready. Went there and was shocked to discover that I need to pay $199.99 for the service. Apparently he had to change the filter. I told him am not taking that mower. I ain’t that stupid, if i knew that’s how much it’s gonna cost I would have just add $50 and buy a new one from Bunnings or somewhere else. This guy couldn't care less about the customer, Never returns your calls. I had start cord switch repace got the mower home after he fix it. It didn't start, took it back said it needed a service, why didn't he check to see if it started or tell me it needed the service. before hand. So he had mower for another week charged me over $200 I didn't want new blades i just told him to fix mower so it would start all these hidden charges.Stay way from this guy. .
We took our mower here for repair at the start of the year, spent $150 to get it working only to get it home and it still didn't work any better. We bought a new mower and will throw that one out. All up a waist of $150.
My husband took his ride on Mower to get fixed, he purchased it from Bellarine mowers about a year ago, he told the guy he didn’t want to spend more than $1300 max after finding out what the issue was, The guy at Bellarine mowers had the mower for over a week, my husband called in to pick it up because he was told it was going to cost $1900 to fix because the parts were more expensive than he anticipated, only to be told that he couldn’t put the mower back together because he had to cut a part to pull it apart though did not... read more
Went in for a cord replacement and ended up paying 5x more than I paid for the used mower. Quoted $25+ and charged over $100 more. Corrupt.
