My family and I are new to the area and we had our first appointment with Dr Phoebe Alexander today. She's terrific! Great bedside manner, thorough and didn't rush us at all. Probably one of the best doctors I've seen in a while, and will take the whole family to see her in future. Very happy we came across this clinic!
The Administrative team are surprisingly rude considering the roles they are in. It's a shame that they are the ones who are supposed to support the patients in appointments, I hope they will improve in their customer service, as they are the point of contact and don't seem to have manners or any kindness
Lauren is fantastic, I’ve never had a Dr like her. Not only kind and empathetic, I think she might’ve saved my life. I wasn’t very well and always a little shy to ask for help and tests but I’ve been through all the tests now and I’m feeling so much better. Luckily, Lauren referred me, after some procedures I’m on track again. Also, the service here is fantastic, I love this medical practice.
After two separate attempts of trying to get an appointment for my sick toddler I was told of clinic policy for new patients to have a double appointment first - of which none were available same day. Both reception staff outlines Bellarine Medical Groups, policies around new patients - Great, they reception staff are reciting their correct policies but I'm sorry I have a sick CHILD, not an adult a CHILD...who needs to be seen.
