Great care and quality. I asked them to complete a form enabling my employer to reimburse part of the lenses cost. They texted me to tell me it was completed. I kept forgetting to pick it up. So they posted it to me. Without asking. Thanks!
I don’t usually do this but this deserves a mention without a doubt. I cannot praise enough on how Matt and his staff cater and offer exceptional service. After having a rushed and overwhelming experience at a different optomertrist that resulted in the wrong scripts, the professional and friendly service from Bellarine Eyecare, was exceptional. They took time to make sure I had the right options offered, and had patience for me whilst I made a decision on frames. Highly recommend 👌
