Started our search looking for a new caravan going through all local ads. Increased the search to a wider field and came across Bellarine RV in Victoria. Saw a cracking deal on a semi off road van called Opulence. Contacted Ben at Bellarine and had a chat. Liked what we heard and arranged to do a video walk through of existing vans we were given lots of information about the build particularly the quality. Avoid Bellarine RV. Great customer service up front, but once deposit paid…didn’t hear from them. Delay after delay after delay. Order placed in April, due September. That became October, then November, then December…..then February, which at that point there was no trust, so we requested deposit return. Not once did Bellarine update me proactively of any delays.
