My car was repeatedly returned as the issue couldn’t be diagnosed, and they never performed a test drive to assess my concerns. They then suggested that the entire engine needed to be removed, which I wasn’t pleased about, and quoted me $2000 for an issue they couldn’t identify. I eventually took my car to Brightstone, where they made an effort to locate the problem.
