Linda was condescending, judgmental, arrogant, and more concerned with telling us her personal stories than hearing what we needed. We had already had such poor experiences with reception (hard to reach, snippy, and judgmental for no reason) that we never went back after the first appointment. If you are looking for an alternative, Southshore has been amazing.

While the staff were generally kind, I ultimately switched practices at six months due to repeated issues with communication and disregard for patient preferences—especially concerning for a first-time mother.
