Linda was condescending, judgmental, arrogant, and more concerned with telling us her personal stories than hearing what we needed. We had already had such poor experiences with reception (hard to reach, snippy, and judgmental for no reason) that we never went back after the first appointment. If you are looking for an alternative, Southshore has been amazing.

I was referred to this clinic during my first pregnancy. While the staff were generally kind, I ultimately switched practices at six months due to repeated issues with communication and disregard for patient preferences—especially concerning for a first-time mother. Three years ago, I gave birth to my firstborn child here and it was a horrendous experience. After having my second child in a different hospital and state, I can say this with certainty.
