I hired Bellande to install a whole home generator. They are licensed, so I expected they would follow correct protocol with the city. WRONG. After the fact I learned they never pulled a permit. Not one inspection was done. Now I have an open ticket with the city. I have been communicating with the owner, Christy Bellande, for almost a year to get this resolved. She keeps blaming the city but my plumber has pulled permits, and has inspectors come out within a week. I may have to dig everything up and uninstall the generator ... read more
