I had a really positive experience here. The staff were kind, compassionate, and took the time to truly listen without rushing or dismissing my concerns. I felt respected and supported throughout the entire visit. They were also very fair with pricing, which I genuinely appreciated. It made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Every single staff member I have interacted with has been lovely, and they take excellent care of my anxious dog. The smaller waiting room with fewer animals and staff is much easier for us to handle than larger practices. I would recommend Bellamy for anxious pets and/or anxious owners. The prices also seem quite reasonable compared to other places we have tried. It is always going to be expensive, but it usually comes out to less than I feared it would be.
