Staff was very helpful with my movin lessened the heavy lifting
We moved our daughter in today, the apartment was in terrible condition, roaches, dog hair, spiders and just put filth. Complained to the staff and she just made excuses, blamed it on the cleaning crew, even the Bellamy staff attempted to clean before we moved in.
Overpriced with none of the benefits. One time I called maintenance because my AC went out and the guy that came wasn’t even HVAC certified. Bellamy is also separate from the utility billing company that will overcharge you at their convenience. You can pay $100-$150 more for a single apartment which would be far more worth the $535 they charge for the box you’ll be living in. I do not recommend.
