DO NOT BUY. I got my hair professionally done with bellami hair 2 months ago and it already turned from blonde/ashy brown to RED?! Hair has been treated with the upmost care, products, and filtered water. Absolutely not okay.

I've placed a order a week ago and the package has been sitting in fedex hub (kernersville, nc) for 3 days with no movement. When I was ordering my hair at checkout on the website, there was no option for 2-3day delivery and I tried to call customer service several times with no answer. I’ve been using Bellami in my salon for 4 years, but I have to say I’m really disappointed with how things have been going lately. The quality of the hair extensions just isn’t what it used to be — they don’t last, feel thinner, and honestly don’t match the price point anymore. On top of that, I was surprised to see a new tariff surcharge added to my total at checkout. It feels frustrating, especially after several price increases over the last year. 12 years I've been ordering from bellami. These tarrif charges are ridiculous. You already upped your prices with lower quality. Now your slap us with extra 50$ per pack. No other company is doing this for hair. I'm done. I've switched.
