Overall very disappointed with my experience. I originally contacted the Kalispell Bellamah office in Sept and was able to schedule quickly. Office staff was friendly and thorough. Unfortunately, they didn't immediately tell me the actual procedures were done in Missoula. Ok, no problem I could live with that and make a 250 mile round trip for my procedures. After waiting 7 weeks for ins to approve, I was then informed that appts would be in late Nov and Dec and required a follow-up approx 4 days later for each of my require... read more
