So I've been a loyal tax customer for 6 years and they just lost my trust in them and my business. I have been working out of state for years now and always got my taxes done by them and have never been asked to file State taxes. I went in to file my taxes today and presented my taxes for my side job as an Amazon flex driver. I printed out all of the tax deduction expenses from the app that I used for Amazon but I didn't get to enter all my receipts for fuel expenses. This place is a good tax return service but be aware of how you file your tax and who. I used to file with a guy there, but this time it was a lady. We were overcharged compared to our tax place from last year. Cost us $200 dollars. Last year only cost us $100. I will be taking my business elsewhere where people know what they’re doing.
