on my recent cleaning visit I had the pleasure of sitting in Royella's chair. I found this the most thorough cleaning; she took her time and didn't seem hurried, very efficient and had good chair side manners. Also, she was very kind to her co-workers. The aura was pleasant and as a patient that is very important to me. I hope she becomes my regular cleaner.
