Disappointed. I came here over a decade ago and thought it was decent, but returning now was frustrating. The wait was long in both the lobby and exam room, and the doctor offered no apology. Despite my strong family history of diabetes, an A1C test wasn’t ordered—something my previous PCP always included. When I called, I was told to come back just to request it. After days of waiting, I was told it wasn’t part of a routine checkup and I’d need another visit. Poor judgment and lack of consideration—I won’t be returning.
All the clinic staffers were very accommodating and helpful. They answered all my questions and explained to me clearly. I would like to recommend this Bellaire MedClinic - Alice A. Lim, MD for your health issues.
