The staff was very attentive and did there best to make me comfortable, Erica the Dr when I arrived had lunch ,I told her to go eat before it got cold she was very adamant that she would take care of me first the food could wait. They are a A+ facility.
Excellent team here at Bellaire ER, Ms.Kay the nurse was very thorough and caring. NP explained everything and was able to treat my husband accordingly with perfect care.
We had to visit this clinic mid last month, after flying in to Houston. We are from out of town and wanted to a place that had imaging capability. The entire crew here on the night we visited was fantastic: NP Erika, RN Stephanie, rad tech “Z” (Zenia), MA Latanya, and receptionist Solomon. All of you were so kind and compassionate and caring for my 82-year-old mother. She received such excellent care, including Wound Care, and a very thorough work up. Nurse Kay is amazing, caring and attentive. The service is very fast, very little amount of waiting period for your radiology results. I definitely recommend this emergency room. It’s top notch. 10/10
