I saw their doctor there though a televisit. The staff was very helpful in helping me work through a problem with my pharmacy to get my prescription filled.
Fantastic help! I was there a couple of months ago. Stephanie, Dr. Zaidi, James, and Ana helped me. Put me at ease and kept me comfortable. I came in around 2am due to abdominal discomfort that I thought was some strange constipation like no other. I was starting to get nausea and really needed help. My. Primary care doctor was not available today so I decided to give this urgent care a try. I work in the care field and I am really impressed with the appointment availability and them understanding that I was having connectivity issues. When I missed 2 appointments I received a call from the business office inquiring about what happened. I really appreciated the extra steps taken to ensure I received the care I needed. Thank you!
It was very quick inconvenient virtual appointment through Zocdoc. I have been fighting my sinusitis for four days. I feel like he understood. He heard me and hopefully rushed my prescription to the pharmacy so I can get some relief of this congestion in my head. Thank you.
