It is not good service at ALL. I came this place for X-RAY. But I'm not happy at ALL because I had waited more than 10 days... UNTILL I called back then they send the X-RAY result to my doctor office.
This place is a joke. Do not answer phone, do not keep up with appointment time. The staffs is incapable of answering question or deal with the medical practice. Be careful going there or you will found unpleasant surprise
any idea, they did not answer the phone call any more, very strange, they asked to wait to verify the insurance, why not verify beforehand. any ways, i keep my month shut
I have called numerous times this morning, a lady answered but not even asked me why I called, put me on hold for ever, very unprofessional, I have to hang up all for the third time!! Don’t use this facility, bad service !!!
This place is so unprofessional, and the customer service is terrible. I would never recommend it to anyone ....
