Bad service, bad attitude people talk on the phone and hang up on me because I ask the fasting before the procedure
The people at front desk is not professional at all. I went there for ultrasound this morning, they charged me 255 dollar, which should be covered by the insurance. I contacted the insurance company and they said the fee should be fully covered by insurance and they tried to contact them and argue for refund but got nothing. Very bad experience.
Daisy was very welcoming as soon as I came in , she answered ever question I had and was very helpful highly recommended this place !
Had the worst experience here this morning I came for a scheduled appointment for 8:30am Upon arrival at 8:18 AM, the door was locked. There was a front desk worker sitting there looking at me outside trying to open the door. The door is locked. Very Poor Services. Phone called to order CD image and asked me to pick up at lunch hour, but she asked me to wait 2 hours when coming there. She (Daisy) said this was a policy. If so she was lying in phone.
