Terrible customer service, Call to schedule. The young lady answers gives the direction but barely heard her voice, request her repeat. She gets mad
I have the worse experiecen also from this place 12/11/2025 , went to get ultra sound for 1 1/2 weeks ago and not only that arrive early 1 1/2 hrs to get an ultra sound , they told me result within 4 days , I'll will get my result , went to my Dr. Wait in waiting room for good 3 1/2 hrs and this place has not send result to my Dr. from this place or don't have any Ultra sound expert to look of my result , this is a 3rd time this place been making mistake or delay patient .It terrible how this place operated .Been 18 years co... read more
It is not good service at ALL. I came this place for X-RAY. But I'm not happy at ALL because I had waited more than 10 days... UNTILL I called back then they send the X-RAY result to my doctor office.
This place is a joke. Do not answer phone, do not keep up with appointment time. The staffs is incapable of answering question or deal with the medical practice. Be careful going there or you will found unpleasant surprise
any idea, they did not answer the phone call any more, very strange, they asked to wait to verify the insurance, why not verify beforehand. any ways, i keep my month shut
