BAD experience with front desk and office manager. First they didn’t submit the crown request like they were supposed to even I told them that my tooth was bothering me for several months. After they finally submitted the claim it was denied since they send a bad x-ray. The second claim was also rejected since they didn’t submit the information the insurance asked for.
