I've lived here for 20 years the HOA used to consist of decent human beings who lived here now it's contracted to first residential a bill collector in Tampa Florida and they change their contract whenever and with no explanation and it's very convenient for the bellair how because they blame it on first residential and first residential blames it on bellair mean while the resident gets screwed and unfortunately there is nothing you can do.
