I lived at Bellair Condos for six years. I had a great time. The entire crew - from the front office to the maintenance workers - is top notch. I had a great view of the ocean, and the sunsets were out-of-this-world. The walls are on the thin side, so you can sometimes hear your neighbors, and if your unit is close to the street (mine was), then you'll hear a steady flow of traffic all day long, especially during Bike Week (March) and BiketoberFest (October). We just bought a condo at Bellair. we were mostly impressed by how well-maintained the property was, and the fact that the location is across the street from the ocean. Far enough, though, that it should not be affected by storm surge. This is an older building with lots of quirks and character, that appears to have been maintained well and is well managed by an attentive building manager and a respected HOA board.
