We just bought a condo at Bellair. we were mostly impressed by how well-maintained the property was, and the fact that the location is across the street from the ocean. Far enough, though, that it should not be affected by storm surge. This is an older building with lots of quirks and character, that appears to have been maintained well and is well managed by an attentive building manager and a respected HOA board. Beautiful complex, nice and safe, loads of character and 50% owners. Great property.
Complex of condos has great potential in location, proximity to restaurants and shopping, but desperately needs the management to invest in maintenance and upgrades to restore a once elite building to its former glory.
The outside looks nice but I've never been inside.
