WOW! I can't believe that I just had the most complicated order I've ever had at bellagios. I like ordering from this location but after I was done with ordering TRYYING to use a coupon and hung up. The OWNER calls me back, ARGUES while she apologizes with bottom line , I'm wrong and everyone there at her store is right. I have never been more shocked at the lack of customer service. I don't think I can order from there again. Too bad I host alot of parties...
Horrible – One of the worst pizzas I have ever had. Burnt on the top, nearly raw on the bottom, arrives lukewarm at best, ten bucks for pizza, two bucks delivery charge, wanted to tip two bucks and driver doesn't have change so he gets three bucks. Never ever again. Digiorno frozen is superior to this.

YUM! – I love Bellagios Pizza in West Linn! They have great pizza and will deliver for a nominal charge. I can even order my pizza online and pay (including tip), and they show up on my doorstep. The pizza is very good. I highly recommend the pepperoni, black olive and mushroom pizza.
Decent, but not amazing – I checked out Bellagio's in Gresham last week after hearing that it was THE place to go in this neighborhood. The variety of options was nice... but the taste didn't live up to the hype. Maybe they're just getting too big to keep up with the quality I kept hearing about.
Simply the best pizza here in Oregon – I can't really review this pizza highly enough. Being an east coast resident for 26 years of my life, I had my choice of top quality pizza places to choose from. Original Italian families setting up true pizzeria experiences was the norm and going out for pizza was an experience for the whole family. Best Pizza in town – Our family for 5 loves the delicious pizza. It's savory sauce and the juicy cheese, are the best. The bread sticks are wonderful too! Just add a salad to make it a perfectly balanced meal. Our 3 boys love the cheese pizza and my husband and I love the Mother Earth. We order the pizzas delivered for a busy nights dinner or for Birthday parties. The employees at Bellagios are super polite and helpful. Bellagios is a great addition to the community.
Inadequate, poorly trained staff – Did I mention lack of customer service? After I was rushed through selecting my pizza and PAYING for it over the phone I was told by the haughty employee that it would take 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my pizza... even though I live barely a mile away. terreble phone services!!! – I tried order pizza on the phone on weekday. first time, the person said, hold just a few mins. I said, ok. but they hung on me. I throught it was just mistake. and I called again. same thing. asked me to hold and hung up on me. and I call with different phone. and again they hung up on me. they need to have better service on the phone. on one oreder pizza when they get in the store and wait for 30 and 40 mins.. we like to pick up when it's ready.
