This Spa is crooked. First of all the pricing on their website is not accurate. They never tell you the pricing or even give you a receipt when asked after service. I trusted their website was truthful when it was not. I noticed they charged me $100 over what it should have been on the website. I talked to the manager and he said that they raise the prices when they feel like it for holiday weekends. I was not told that when booking and certainly not even at the Spa. If you’ve been waiting to visit the spa, this is your sign to go! What an incredible experience!!! Recently, I received an amazing massage from Craig. He was very kind, professional and caring. He also has great pressure!! He also gave me tips on how to heal sore muscles at home. I highly recommend him and you will not be disappointed. My husband had a massage by Jade who’s service he also enjoyed and recommends. We can’t wait to return to Bellagio spa!!
