The spa space was lovely and well appointed. (5) I had a great facial and scrub my second day there, I did forget her name unfortunately. (4) My boyfriend and I had a couple massage and my therapist spent more time explaining add ones than asking me what I needed during the massage we paid a luxury price for. I was asked what type experience I was looking for "muscle relief or relaxation?" I answered relaxation and mentioned 2 areas I have issues with. The receptionists are super friendly and it’s nice to have an amenity only for women so we can be “free” to not wear clothes. But I expected more for the procedures. I asked for a hydrafacial e she ended up just doing a quickly not deep facial focusing on massage and I asked for brows wax but when I noticed she didn’t clean it all ($35 for it). For the price it was not a good service.
