We love our hot tub! It’s brilliant quality and looks fantastic. We’ve used it everyday and it’s so relaxing whatever the weather. It was a good shout purchasing the heat pump as it’s hardly touched the electric bill. Simple to maintain and perfect layout for us. The service is second to none staying until everything was set up and running. Thoroughly recommend!
Jenna at the Bellagio Spa truly went above and beyond. Our online couples massage reservation didn’t go through, and when we arrived there were no spots available. Without hesitation, she arranged an in-room massage so we wouldn’t miss our dinner reservation later. Exceptional service!
This Spa is crooked. First of all the pricing on their website is not accurate. They never tell you the pricing or even give you a receipt when asked after service. I trusted their website was truthful when it was not. I noticed they charged me $100 over what it should have been on the website. I talked to the manager and he said that they raise the prices when they feel like it for holiday weekends. I was not told that when booking and certainly not even at the Spa.
