The entire Spa Staff & especially Kim & Alma are Amazing...best customer service ever!.. They are all a wonderful example of how a spa should be with wonderful services. Wonderful staff, great products really enjoyed it!

Amazing. Could not recommend enough. We had the couples massage with added services and it did not disappoint. Mandy was an excellent masseuse!! Would 100% return. The only thing is that they kept one door propped open to the women’s room upon return from the massage which made me feel uncomfortable because people were in and out consistently and women were also changing in the locker room. I think the door should remain closed.

I recently visited the Bellagio Spa for a prenatal massage and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I had spent about 20 minutes waiting in line to confirm the details of my scheduled prenatal massage, specifically asking whether they would use the special prenatal pillow with a hollow for the tummy, which I had been assured twice would be provided.
