ALL-OVER-COLOR goes south. The shade, tone, and intensity are what I explicitly stated not wanting. It quite frankly looks awful. The main stylist said they needed to go 3 shades darker to get the lighter shade I desired. It is so dark. I expressly stated that I cannot go ash and they used a strong ash shade. They also offer a 10% discount for new customers, which I did not receive. I looked on their website the next day and the discount is still there, really? She fixed my hair disaster! Mahi and her assistant were amazing! Not only talented, but also very kind and down to earth. After getting a really terrible haircut and color, the next morning I researched salons and looked at what felt like a 1000 pictures. It was obvious that Bellagio Salon could handle a serious color correction. After taking a year off from coloring my hair to give both my scalp and hair time to heal, I was definitely overdue for a color refresh and a good cut. I found Mahi at Bellagio Salon when she squeezed me in last minute on my birthday 4 years ago, and I’ll honestly be forever grateful. Since then, I’ve trusted her with all my highlights and haircuts. She gives me the perfect blonde every single time and always makes my hair look fresh and amazing. Since then, her salon has expanded and is beautifully updated. Love coming here!

I had such a great experience getting my hair extensions done with Mahi, with Amanda assisting. From the moment I walked in, you can tell they genuinely care about what they do. Mahi took her time to explain to me the process and what i needed to achieve the look i wanted.
