I’ve been coming here for 2 years and absolutely LOVE it! I see “ T” for dip and I’m never disappointed, she’s amazing! The staff is very friendly and the shop is clean. I’ve referred multiple friends here and they’ve all had nothing but great things to say!
I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but my recent experience left much to be desired. I booked a detox pedicure expecting a relaxing and professional treatment. Unfortunately, it was anything but. The technician, Julie, seemed rushed and inattentive throughout. The polish application was uneven and began chipping within a day, which is unacceptable for a service that’s supposed to last. After getting a gel mani pedi, my nails were chipping the next day. I went back to get my nails fixed, a different lady did it. The next day i saw more chipping on a different nail, and then the rest of my nails also chipped. I’ve gotten my nails done at other places and I never had chipping like this, 1-2 days after getting my nails done. Maybe they’re using old and expired gel colors? I paid $120 including tip.
