Chairs are worn out and don't work. The hot towels smell sour as if they've been left wet too long before washing. Very overpriced for the experience! Only giving a 2 star because the tech was nice.
This place is horrible. I was tired from a long day at work and traveling on the road so I really wasn't paying attention to what they were doing because I was dozing off. But once I got outside in the light I realize that the same polish I got on my nails I got on my toes but for some reason they were two different colors my nails were not cleaned or polish correctly. My toes weren't cleaned either. I still have dead skin on my nails and on my toes on the sides I really wish that I could post pictures of the outcome
This is the second time I have had Ms. Tran, and she is wonderful. Honestly, everyone there is nice and helpful, she just kind of goes above and beyond.
They always do great on my eyebrow wax 😀
Mike is wonderful! I do not get my nails done often, but he was helpful and my nails look amazing!
