I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Bellagio Nail Bar in Plano. I had an important event coming up, and unfortunately one of my nails broke. I stopped by approximately 30 minutes to an hour before closing, hoping someone could help me with a quick repair. Instead, I was told they don’t do that type of nail and couldn’t fix a single broken nail. I called before I went to see if there was a wait for a polish change and the lady on the phone said no, so I went straight over. In all fairness, they seemed understaffed, but the wait was excessive. She rushed through the job. She did not bring the top coat all the way to the end of my nail, she did not wait long enough between coats before reapplying.
