Terrible place. Uses HOA fees to repaint the sidewalks every other month. And then raise them when they run through all of the money they’ve already collected. Moldy sidewalks and underwear laying in the grass for over three weeks. They’ll send you urgent mail because you of the lack of mulch due to their countless mess up of lawn replacement but won’t do anything to maintain the areas they are in charge of.
