I came in yesterday for a haircut with Flavia, and unfortunately, my experience was very uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. When I greeted the staff, I was met with stares rather than a warm welcome, and aside from showing the haircut I wanted, I didn’t speak during my visit. The service itself was disappointing. I got a balayage back in February and I love my hair. Flavia and the team were very sweet. I had a great time and I highly recommend visiting this salon! Update - I booked another balayage for my birthday. It was relaxing. I really love the new products they have brought into their salon since my last visit. They have also brought new services to the salon which I would like to try at some point. I highly recommend!
