Wendy is awesome! She really takes her time and makes sure I’m happy with my nails and everything looks perfect. Everyone at the salon is friendly and it’s always tidy. In LOVE with my nails!
Used to come here couple months ago however every appointment I was waiting upwards to 30 mins and then my nails were rushed and looked awful. I switched salons. I was in a bind to get a refill and decided to give them another shot because they’re super convenient location. Will not make this mistake again!!! Waited 20-30 mins after my appointment to have my nails “done” in less than 30 mins. It was very clear they were rushing. **UPDATED** BELLACURE reached out to me after I submitted my original review and brought me back in 2 days later to fix the nail art, completely free of charge. I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism and how quickly they were able to fix the issue. I have a completely different opinion of this salon now than I did when I posted my original review. My nails are gorgeous and I truly appreciate how much they care about making their customers happy! 😄 I will absolutely be back!
Unfortunately my nails did not come out how I had hoped. First, the nail tech was very aggressive with filing the nails and ended up tearing my skin twice and making me bleed. It was like experiencing a really bad paper cut . Then, while the nail art looked good to begin with, the design ended up smeared once the top coat was put on as I assume they were not given enough time to cure.
