Our experience with Bellacure Inc. has been frustrating, to say the least. For the past two months, we have been attempting to order a replacement Bellacure brace for a patient, and have been unable to get any response from the company. We have called over a dozen times, each time being told by the friendly, though apparently ineffectual, receptionist that "It's so strange that no one has responded" and "she'll mark our message as urgent and pass it along to sales".
