I took my almost 4 yr old for the first time to this place. They told us the waiting time was 40 minutes so we waited. After about 45 min, we were last ones in line, they moved us to the chairs. They sat my girl in a kids chair and just let her there for 30 more min while working on my pedicure. In the middle of this, 5 more girls arrived and they were all guided to a chair and started working on 3 of them, so I had to stop my service to ask when were they going to work on her. Great customer service! We always feel well taken care of when we come. Today we had Eli and Luna, both did great
Felt so pampered, and loved my experience here. Waited a bit in the beginning because it was a Saturday and I didn’t have an appointment, but I fully expected that. The manager Joseph was quickly getting people started on their services while the techs were finishing up the previous service. Kinsley was working the front and super attentive to everyone the whole time I was there, consistently walking around seeing if anyone needed anything. I will definitely be back
I have very sensitive feet and Kim was very careful and tender. I have a condition where my nerves can flare and it is important that people know how to do my feet. I’m very pleased with Kim’s service and I recommend her.
My daughter and I love it so far, everyone is friendly and the place is very pretty and up to date.
