Hard to tell on the food because I didn’t actually get to order my food. I walked in, went to the register, waited around for a few minutes and no one came to take my order. After waiting around and wasting a % of my lunch break not getting food, I left to get Green Lantern Pizza which was spectacular, timely, and left me feeling like a wanted customer. The real shame is that I was genuinely excited to try Bellacino’s finally after 20+ years living in Metro Detroit. It’s staying on the skip list for now.
Great food, decent prices, service is spectacular. The women on the phone was very apologetic to me on the phone since I was on hold for 6 minutes she had told me was the only one answering phone running food out and taking orders that’s a lot of work for one person…so I completely get it. When I arrived my food was hot and ready to go so waiting a few mins to get my order was worth it! Keep up the good work
Very good food. Their grinders are incredible, and the prices are good.
Been here a few times. Are the grinders decent? Sure. But the real problem is the staff and dirty restaurant. This picture doesn't do it justice. Old dirty carpet where people sit to eat. The floors were gross too. If the front of house is this dirty where the public can see, can you imagine what the kitchen looks like?
