I ordered 8 inch cheese pizza and waited 28 minutes. The lady at the counter doesn’t know how long it gonna take after waiting for 28 minutes. Very dumb. I have asked her few times. But if no used. I paid money but I didn’t get my pizza. I can’t wait forever so I left. terrible customer service and can’t even give a proper update or estimated time before taking the order.

FOOD: was fresh and flavorful. SERVICE: was kind and courteous. ATMOSPHERE: a bit run down. 75% of the booth seating was horribly scratched and flaking off from the faux leather which was not very appealing and didn't want to sit there. Bathrooms were clean enough. The paper towel dispensers were broken so a roll was left on the sink for us to grab unperforated paper with wet hands. There were some pipes exposed in one of the bathroom stalls.
I love bellacinos and the Chicago steak grinder is my jam! The beef I have with this location is it is falling apart. The food and service carry, but they may want to start sprucing up the place a bit. They're all individually owned per the lady that took our order. Again, delicious food, meg environment.
