Management was totally inept. They lost my online order and I had to sit in the parking for an additional 20 minutes while they got it together. Manager made no attempt to even offer a drink while I waited or any concession for the waste of time. Literally anything would have made me feel a little better about the situation. The only thing he said was sorry. People say our online order system isn’t any good. Then I got home and realized that I only got 11 out of the 12 wings that I paid for on top of that.
