On July 23, 2024 I paid BellaBody (Stephanie Flores) $1000 for a deposit for a package of 10 for manual lymphatic drainage. I have not received any service for that payment, and Stephanie has refused to refund the money. When I made the payment I was then informed that service was being offered out of a new location – her business location in Mississauga was flooded, and she was without a space, and likely had significant costs and damages.
