disappointed was excited to come here due to the good reviews but this is a very mediocre manicure for $38! there’s polish all over my cuticles which won’t come out due to it being gel i asked abt things I didn’t like and she blamed everything on me hitting the lamp with my nail (which i didn’t) there was polish on my skin that she missed before curing so she had to use the drill on my skin to get it off which caused burning only reason why I didn’t give one star was because the man who did my pedicure did a great job. I’ve been coming here for years because of the excellent work by Kaylee and a couple of others, but this last visit was unacceptable. I was once again assigned to the same technician who clearly struggles. My gel extensions were crooked, uneven, and even a simple base color wasn’t applied smoothly. Despite me asking her multiple times to stop, she kept redoing my nails and making them worse until I finally had to call the front desk. I have come several times since a year ago, and I'll continue choosing this place to get my nails done. They have plenty of availability and tons of colors to choose! The place is very organized and clean. HANNA L does an amazing job! I appreciate that she is very patient and dedicated in her work as well as friendly and respectful, and my nails look so pretty every time!!
