I had to jump through various hoops that were very inconvenient, I had to drive an hour away to get a tuberculosis test then I had to come back two days later because they had read it which was completely unnecessary because it took seconds. My experience at Bella Vita in Hartland has been amazing, staff is kind and show so much love to the residents there. The management is always hands on and very helpful they go out of there way to accommodate the staff as well as the residents and family's. They always make me feel welcome and the piece of mind that knowing my family members are treated with dignity and respect is priceless.
Looking for a great senior living facility? Look no further than Bella Vita of Hartland. Everyone and I mean everyone is wonderful. Such compassionate care and love is shown to my mom 24 hours a day. The teamwork to create a safe environment, knowing when to contact hospice, the little stop ins when we are there just to say hi are all noticed and appreciated. You are all extraordinary and have created a wonderful home for my mom. The facility is beautiful with several floor plans to choose from. Love to all at Bella Vita.
