The apartment management is extremely poor. Cockroaches crawl out of the drains, and the garbage room reeks all year round. This apartment is not fit for human habitation.
The Ground Lobby bin store has never been and does not seem that it'll be fixed. There is always that nasty smell from the bin store covering the Ground lobby. The Strata really needs to take some serious measures with that as my guests were very gutted by the smell which takes away the charms of the apartments. That building was so wrongly designed I would say. At least, some ventilation fans would have helped keeping the smell away. But nah, still a very bad smell every morning we step out of that Lift.
