Dealing with taking my father's estate through probate as the sole heir and discovered that the POA will happily take/require membership dues from me every month but since the deed isn't in my name yet I can't have a membership card. What a scam.
They don’t answer their phones. Take lunches and close the offices during that time. Their website lacks information and ease of use. Trying to renew my Activity Cards… WAJ
