Very nice and helpful people- they answer their phone while technically on their lunch break if they can. Neighborly, not stereotypical POA-ish.

Ridiculously compensated 9 of the 10 Staff at the clubhouse. The Board of Directors will continually silence the voice of the majority. If you have any questions observed or perceived that compromise the BV POA narrative you will be blocked on social media platforms like the public BV POA FB page & Google map reviews just to name two. They don’t answer their phones. Take lunches and close the offices during that time. Their website lacks information and ease of use. Trying to renew my Activity Cards… WAJ The “free” amenities (paid from through our POA dues) are going to cost members in 2026: shooting range, pools, gyms, driving range, etc.
