ONE OF THE NICER PARKS – This in regards to the commit made by Patricia C. these people only say this because they caused a lot of problems at the park.And everyone signed a letter wanting them to move ,and when they moved out after more than a month they moved out oweing money......all parks beware of Micheal and Patricia Kant they also go by may names.
I would not recommend for any one to rent at the Bella Vista Mobile Home Park. It is not what they claim it is. The pool is not as big and the park is very ran down. The manger will rip you of on your deposit.
