I had a very disappointing experience at Bella Vista Medical Center. The wait times were excessively long despite having an appointment, and the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. Communication was poor, and I didn’t feel listened to or supported during my visit. Sadly, the level of care did not meet basic expectations.
