AW just put out a video referencing the community stating their committed to maintaining a pristine community. It’s required for each front yard to have 1 tree & 15 plants - 3 different sizes however, as you tour the neighborhood plants are starting out @ 9 per yard. There are many dead plants weeds on the ground & growing above plants. I wouldn’t normally leave a review however, I called left a message for a return call from association rep and nothing!! It’s been 3 weeks. Association fees are running $95. - $132. Per mth.
