I paid my rent with a money order October I handed it to Mallissa on October 30th two days before do then November 6th I got a election notice I tried to talk to Mallissa yesterday when I got to the door it was locked I turned around she was walking up the sidewalk talking on the phone she asked me if she could help me I asked about this email I said I payed my rent I handed to you she said I can't help you right now. I have a daughter with autism I can't afford to move.

So far this yet one of the worst experiences , still did not get my money back , refuse to tell me when I am suppose to receive my money after the manager herself lied and tried to play nice so when will I get refund
One of the worst experiences ever , and honestly It feels as if most apartments in Gastonia is set to steal people's money and get away with whatever they can.The experience with these companies has been quite frustrating. I was supposed to rent an apartment from one of their complexes, but the process was delayed by the property manager. As a result, my funds have been lost, and they are refusing to issue a refund. I love love love living here ! It's quiet and maintenance is awesome. Adam keeps his word, if he says I'll be there Monday to replace toilet, he was here even tho it was later and he so professional and friendly and competent. Office ppl esp Shannon very nice 👍
