I have lived here for a few years. The ladies in the office are great. The maintenance team is top tier, anytime i have an issue they get it fixed very quickly. I plan to be here for a while.
I've been here for a week and am very disappointed. Half of my electrical sockets are stripped and don't work. There's dog feces everywhere, and people walk their dogs without collars. The painting in these apartments is also very poor. My door doesn't close properly and only has a deadlock, no handle lock. Also, none of our kitchen cupboards close completely. I couldn't see the apartment until the day I moved in, and it wasn't ready until 7:30 PM. DO NOT rely on the model apartment, as it looks nothing like the actual units... read more
I paid my rent with a money order October I handed it to Mallissa on October 30th two days before do then November 6th I got a election notice I tried to talk to Mallissa yesterday when I got to the door it was locked I turned around she was walking up the sidewalk talking on the phone she asked me if she could help me I asked about this email I said I payed my rent I handed to you she said I can't help you right now. I have a daughter with autism I can't afford to move.
Melissa is amazing an incredible help!
