The property management department is very unprofessional and doesnt know how to treat residents. I recently moved to the complex, before moving I had paid the deposit. Instead of applying the deposit to the ledger it was placed on the account as credits, we reached out to them no response. Back in July they added a concession credit to the account causing us to pay less in rent. Additionally, they had that $1200 on to August rent causing us to pay $3188 for that money.
