Beautiful gated community. Pet friendly, gym, pool, hot tub.
We own a unit at Bella Villino and have been spending winters here for almost 5 years. Reading some of the negative reviews has us stumped. The roofs are being replaced - that will be noisy, but it's great that they're staying on top of things and it will bring our condo fees down. The landscaping company comes once a week and does use the leaf blowers but not at 7 am as mentioned here. Our maintenance guys will also use leaf blowers but they don't start until 8 am.
