I had laser completed with Angela and she caused multiple burns on my arms. Angela failed to tell me not to shave the day of my appointment but stated it was fine to still do laser that day. When I sent photos to her, she didn’t take any accountability. I would never go here for laser. There are so many places that have proper protocol and education compared to here.
I purchased it on Groupon. She did two treatments instead of six and disappeared. I had an appointment and she wasn't there when I arrived without any explanations before that. Then she just disappeared and I can't make an appointment anymore.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Angela cares about your satisfaction. There are no gimmicks or add-ons. She is the real deal. I have PCOS and have struggled with a beard my entire life and for the first time in my life, it is almost gone, thanks to Angela!
My skin was burned from laser service. Not recommended for POC.
